BCSWCNT-TBC301 is a conductive additive based on single-walled carbon nanotube SWCNT, specifically designed for solvent-free epoxy resin and solvent-free polyurethane systems. By adding extremely low doses, excellent anti-static and conductive properties can be achieved. 


The use of BCSWCNT-TBC301 can maximize the preservation of the original rheological and mechanical properties of the matrix material, while allowing the matrix material to maintain its original color.

Typical Adding Amount

According to the characteristics of the matrix material and processing conditions, the recommended addition range for BCSWCNT-TBC301 in anti-static or conductive dissipation applications is 0.1wt% -3.0wt%. The specific amount of addition needs to be comprehensively considered in terms of performance requirements, matrix materials, processing conditions, etc. 

The following figure shows the surface resistance curve of KYSWCNT-TBC301 mixed with DER351 epoxy resin and coated with a thin film. The dilution process is completed using a mechanical top mounted stirrer, with a film thickness of 100um.


Adding Process for Reference

It is recommended to add less than 3wt% and use a top mounted mechanical stirrer for dilution. 

The preferred stirring blade is a dispersing disc, as shown in Figure 2. Refer to Table 2 for the minimum stirring speed.

Storage 

The environment should be controlled to -10 ℃~35 ℃, the humidity should be kept below 80%, and direct sunlight should be avoided.
