KNG-T181-2 is a special graphene product for thermal conductive plastic modification developed in response to the shortcomings of traditional powder thermal conductive filler, such as difficult to feed, easy to pollute, and small bulk density. It has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity and easy to feed. 

KNG-T181-2 has very excellent thermal conductivity, and its products are in large pieces. It is suitable for plastic extrusion, injection molding, internal mixing, open smelting and other melting processes. The product has good compatibility with resin after surface modification.

Handling and storage

  • Operators shall wear appropriate protective gloves and dust masks to keep the operating space ventilated. During use. Handle with care to prevent material leakage.
  • Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. The packaging container of the product shall be kept sealed, and it shall be used immediately after unpacking. If the product cannot be used at one time, it is recommended to dry it at 105 ℃ for 0.5-2 hours before next use to ensure that the product can reach the best use state.

Transport

  • Pay attention to safety during transportation to prevent sunshine, rain, leakage and label falling off. It is strictly prohibited to throw, load and unload with care. It shall not be mixed with liquid and corrosive articles for transportation.
